How do I log in to my account?

Visit biocoachcj.com and click "Member Login" in the top navigation. Enter your email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page to receive a reset link.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

I didn't receive my welcome email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact support at support@biocoachcj.com with your enrollment email address and we'll resend it.

Can I change my email address?

Yes. Log in to your dashboard, go to the Profile tab, and update your email address. You'll need to verify the new address before the change takes effect.

How do I update my profile information?

Log in and navigate to the Profile tab in your member dashboard. You can update your name, contact information, and wellness preferences from there.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes. Contact support at support@biocoachcj.com to request an upgrade. Upgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my membership?

Monthly members must submit a written cancellation request to support@biocoachcj.com at least 3 business days before their next billing date. Multi-month plans run through their full term and do not auto-renew.

What happens when my multi-month plan expires?

Your access ends at the end of the paid term. You'll receive a notification before expiration and can choose to re-enroll at any time.

Can I pause my membership?

Membership pauses are not currently available. You may cancel and re-enroll when you're ready to resume.

What payment methods are accepted?

All payments are processed through PayPal. You can pay using a PayPal balance, linked bank account, or any major credit or debit card through PayPal's checkout.

When will I be charged?

Your first payment is charged at enrollment. Monthly plans renew on the same calendar date each month. Multi-month plans are charged as a single payment at the start of each term.

How do I get a receipt?

How do I schedule a coaching session?

What happens in a coaching session?

Coaching sessions are educational and goal-oriented conversations. Your coach will help you review your wellness goals, discuss educational content relevant to your situation, and develop actionable habits. Sessions are not medical consultations.

How many sessions do I get per month?

Session counts depend on your tier: Core (2/mo), Premium (4/mo), VIP (unlimited), Concierge (concierge access). Essential members do not include coaching sessions.

Can I reschedule a session?

What is the difference between coaching and medical care?

Is lab testing included in my membership?

No. Lab testing is not included in any membership tier. Lab panels, ordering fees, and provider review fees are billed separately.

How do I order a lab panel?

Lab panels must be ordered by a licensed healthcare provider. Where available through BioCoachCJ's independent provider network, you can submit a request through your dashboard. See the Lab Testing Process page for details.

How long does it take to get results?

Results are typically available within 1–5 business days of your blood draw, depending on the panel and laboratory. Specific timelines are not guaranteed.

Clinical interpretation of your results must be performed by a licensed healthcare professional. Your wellness coach can provide educational context about what markers measure, but cannot interpret your personal results clinically.

Do I need to fast before my lab draw?
