Refunds & Cancellations

Membership fees — no-refund policy
BioCoach CJ memberships are fixed-term prepaid digital access and service packages. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing, membership payments are final and non-refundable once the membership has been activated. We do not ordinarily issue prorated refunds for unused membership time, scheduling preference changes, lack of use, change of mind, or a decision not to pursue medical services.
If a clinician does not approve treatment
Clinical eligibility is determined independently. Denial of a prescription, a recommendation against treatment, or a provider decision to require additional care does not itself cancel or refund a separately purchased wellness membership, provided the advertised membership services were delivered. We do not sell medication eligibility or guarantee treatment outcomes.
End of term and cancellation
Memberships do not automatically renew. To stop using your membership, simply allow the prepaid term to expire. You may request account closure or early access deactivation at [email protected]. Voluntary early closure normally does not create a right to a partial refund, except as required by law.
Exceptions and service failures
We will honor nonwaivable consumer rights, legally mandated cooling-off or cancellation rights, valid payment error corrections, and remedies for a material failure to deliver paid services. If BioCoach CJ is unable to provide a key advertised paid service, contact us so we can review the circumstances and provide the remedy required by applicable law. A blanket 'no refunds' provision does not override legal rights.
Prescription and pharmacy orders
Any separately purchased medication, pharmacy dispensing, shipping, or laboratory service may be subject to distinct terms disclosed by the responsible provider, pharmacy, or laboratory. Prescription returns are commonly restricted for patient safety, but defective, misdelivered, recalled or otherwise legally actionable products will be handled under applicable law and the responsible pharmacy's procedure. Contact the dispensing pharmacy for drug-specific issues.
Requesting help
Email [email protected] with your name, membership email, date of payment, PayPal transaction ID, and a short explanation. Do not include diagnoses, prescription images, or detailed medical information in ordinary support messages.
