For privacy requests, use [email protected]. For prescription, medication, or clinical questions, contact the treating provider or dispensing pharmacy using the designated care channel.
Complaints and corrections
If we make an error or you believe a service was not provided as promised, contact us with the relevant details. We will review the concern under the purchase terms and applicable consumer-protection law. We do not require customers to waive lawful complaint or reporting rights.
Emergencies
BioCoach CJ is not an urgent care, emergency service, or crisis line. In a medical emergency, call 911 or visit an emergency department.
