Payment Information

PayPal Payment Policy

Effective October 10, 2026

1. Payment Processor

BioCoachCJ uses PayPal as its exclusive payment processor for all membership subscriptions, courses, and coaching sessions. PayPal is a globally trusted, PCI-DSS-compliant payment platform. When you complete a purchase or subscribe to a membership plan, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure hosted checkout to authorize the transaction. BioCoachCJ does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card or bank account details at any time.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Through PayPal you may pay using: a PayPal account balance, PayPal Credit (subject to PayPal's own approval), major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), major debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo, and bank account transfers (ACH) where supported by PayPal in your region. Availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your country and PayPal account status. BioCoachCJ does not accept cash, checks, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or payment methods outside of the PayPal platform.

3. Subscription Billing

Membership plans (Essential, Core, Premium, VIP, and Concierge) are billed on a recurring monthly basis through PayPal's Subscriptions service. When you subscribe, you authorize PayPal to automatically charge your selected payment method on the same calendar date each month. You will receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal after each successful charge. If a payment fails, PayPal will attempt to retry the charge according to its standard retry schedule. Repeated failed payments may result in suspension of your membership access until the balance is resolved.

4. Subscription Management & Cancellation

You may cancel your membership subscription at any time directly from your Member Dashboard under the Billing & Plan tab, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access through the date already paid. You may also manage, pause, or cancel your PayPal subscription directly through your PayPal account at paypal.com. BioCoachCJ does not charge cancellation fees.

5. Refunds & Disputes

All sales are subject to our Refund Policy available at biocoachcj.com/refunds. In general, monthly membership charges are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a PayPal dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.

6. Currency & Taxes

All prices on BioCoachCJ are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). PayPal will handle any currency conversion if your account is denominated in a different currency; conversion fees and exchange rates are determined by PayPal and are outside BioCoachCJ's control. BioCoachCJ does not currently collect sales tax on digital membership services; however, applicable taxes may be assessed by PayPal or your local jurisdiction depending on your location.

7. Security & Data Privacy

All payment transactions are processed on PayPal's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. Your financial data is encrypted in transit and at rest by PayPal. BioCoachCJ only receives a transaction confirmation, subscription status, and the last four digits of your payment method from PayPal — never your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials. 8. PayPal Buyer Protection

Purchases made through PayPal may be eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection, subject to PayPal's own terms and eligibility criteria. BioCoachCJ cooperates fully with PayPal's dispute resolution process. Please note that digital membership services and educational content may have limited eligibility under PayPal Buyer Protection; refer to PayPal's Buyer Protection Policy for specifics.

9. Changes to This Policy

BioCoachCJ reserves the right to update this Payment Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active members at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of BioCoachCJ services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
